My submission to the Guildwarsguru art forum "Guild Wars christmas calender" project! It went up today (The sixth) so I figure I am safe to post it now... You should check out the other faaaabulous submissions (thus far) at the Guild Wars Wintersday Calender site and keep checking each day for more gorgeous GW art.
GRENTH FTW OLD CHAPS
(It is pretty funny actually to look through the submissions and see all the happy xmas pictures and then mine is like UNDEAD HORDE RUSH HAHAHAH! )
The inks were done the old fashioned way with a brush and some nice smooth watercolour paper/card but the rest is OpenCanvas.
Liking your submission very much! Hehe, it's good to have a slightly dark Wintersday too... after all, Grenth is as much part of Wintersday as Dwayna is. And he can't stand all the sparkly cheerfulness. Great idea and great artwork!

Thanks! I feel a bit cheap using such extreme lighting and therefore not having to deal with a lot of colours actually but I was in a hurry... xD When I get the time (read: never) I want to break out the colour inks and finish it properly with traditional media. :3
